This is a Canadian decaf processed with Swiss Water.
The flavor is weaker than that of domestically processed products, but there's nothing negative about it and I find it easy to use.
Medium to dark roast is recommended.
It has a slight stone fruit acidity and sweetness, and a clean cup.
Swiss water processing is a method of soaking in water, so the umami flavor does not remain and the taste is weak. However, the negative taste and aroma are weak. Since it was decaffeinated in October, we recommend using it before it deteriorates.
