How to order
Select the options and quantity from the desired product page and add it to your cart. The order screen will be displayed, check that there are no mistakes and press the next button. You will be taken to the delivery page, and the next page will show the payment screen. Select your payment method, check that there are no mistakes in the order details and payment, and press the order completion button to complete the process. Pressing this button will complete the process, so be sure to check before pressing it.
*If you click Buy Now, only that product will be eligible. If you want to purchase the entire contents of your cart, please do not click this button.
After you complete your order, an order completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive an email after a while, please check your spam folder or check the status of your order from your order history.

Delivery date: Generally, delivery will take place within 2 to 10 days after order confirmation.
*If you order on a Tuesday (a closed day at the Karuizawa Roastery), your order will be shipped the following day. Thank you for your understanding.
If you have a specific time or date preference, please write it in the comments section.
*Available date and time: From 5 days onwards. If you need it urgently, please write that as well. We may be able to accommodate your request.
*Available times: Morning, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm, 7pm-9pm
*After you have completed your order, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically. However, for items that are on backorder or out of stock, it may take some time for the item to be shipped, so we will contact you again with more details by email.

In-store pickup
Items purchased online can be picked up at the store.
Pick-up in Karuizawa is available by selecting the delivery method.
If you would like to pick up your order at the Sumida store, please write "Sumida preference" in the comments section.

・Cash on delivery (deferred payment)
Cash on delivery fee: 330 yen for payments between 1 and 9,999 yen; 440 yen for payments between 10,000 and 29,999 yen; 660 yen for payments between 30,000 and 99,999 yen; 1,100 yen for payments between 100,000 and 300,000 yen. Up to 300,000 yen is possible for products.
*The cash on delivery price will not be reflected on the system payment screen.
We will inform you of the price including the cash on delivery price by email.
