I can't believe it's liquid coffee

We are now in our second year of selling liquid coffee. We have received a lot of praise, with people saying it's hard to believe it's liquid coffee, that it's sweet, has a fruity flavor, and is delicious even when heated.

Expiration date extended by 9 months

Last year, the expiration date was short, but after thorough verification, we were able to sell it for nine months. The product released on March 25th will have an expiration date of mid-December.

72 yen per cup - 600 yen or more per cup at restaurants

I think making iced coffee is quite a tedious task for restaurants.
Even if you make it from coffee beans, it will cost around 45 to 60 yen for the beans, and it will take time for the process and storage, so you may run out of coffee or have to throw it away.
If you use liquid, you can make a cup for 72 to 75 yen.
Using specialty coffee, cloth drip extraction, and low-temperature extraction for different sweetness and aftertaste
Because it can be differentiated in this way, it is possible to sell it for 600 yen as an iced coffee.

Coffee jelly is 40 yen + gelatin

Coffee jelly, which is popular in the summer, is very easy to make; just transfer it to a heat-resistant container, heat it in the microwave, and mix in gelatin. You can add whipped cream or other toppings to your liking and still earn more than 500 yen per color, or you can add crushed jelly to iced cafe latte for a delicious treat.

Liquid coffee now available in paper cartons

This time, our popular liquid coffee has been renewed with a new paper carton. This is SUCRE BLEND / Liquid Coffee & DECAF, which uses only specialty coffee. In making it into a liquid, we have devised a flavor that can be enjoyed not only with ice, but also hot, so that it can be enjoyed all year round.

Joint Manufacturing Development

This product was jointly developed by Marugen Drinks Co., Ltd. and Un Cafe Sucre Co., Ltd. When deciding on the flavor, we paid particular attention to the sweetness and the lingering aftertaste of the coffee that spreads in your mouth. We repeated trial and error many times to find out how to create this flavor in factory production, and finally arrived at low-temperature extraction (80°C) to create this coffee. Although it is liquid coffee, it is finished in a coffee that you can feel the sweetness and aroma of if you were drinking it by hand drip. Please enjoy it every day, all year round.
