While there are many different types of filters, abaca (Manila hemp) is four times stronger and produces pulp (fibers) that are half as thin as those of conifers, making it a flexible, strong filter with excellent liquid permeability, good drainage of hot water, and a structure that effectively absorbs fine powder.
