Ethiopia Guji Shakiso Village Organic JAS
I came across this product while searching for Ethiopian coffee with organic JAS certification. The creamy lactic acid flavor is impressive, and it has a different taste from the gorgeous flavor of Yirgacheffe. If you are looking for organic coffee, please try it as soon as possible.

[Farm Information]
"TADE GG Farm started with reforestation"
TADEGG Farm is located in Shakiso Village, Gudzieria. After the forest fires that occurred continuously in Shakiso Village for four years from 2000 to 2004 were put out, producer Tesfaye purchased the remaining forest and a vast land of 5 hectares, and in the hope of protecting and regenerating the remaining forest, he began sowing and cultivating coffee and shade trees himself and began coffee production. Currently, the cultivation area has expanded to a total of 521 hectares, divided into two cultivation areas, and Shakiso Village has become a coffee village surrounded by lush forests.
The name GG Farm comes from the fact that gold was once mined in the village of Shakiso, and it is now named after the coffee, or "green gold," that is cultivated there.
