The story of Maruyama Stainless Steel Industry and Cafesucre
This dripper was jointly developed by Maruyama Stainless Steel Industry, a company in Kumamoto Prefecture, and our company president, Nirei. It was produced and designed by Cement Produce Design.
Story President Maruyama and Nirei met at a Sumida Modern study group (sponsored by Sumida Ward). Maruyama was the presenter at the study group and told the story of a stainless steel manufacturer that successfully created a fire pit craft product. They met at this meeting and decided to develop a dripper together.
We started off with a triangular dripper made by combining three stainless steel plates. We then tested how a dripper without ribs would extract the coffee, whether it would fall or get stuck, and how the holes with the letters would function. We then continued to test how many stainless steel plates to use instead of three - triangles, squares, pentagons, and hexagons - before arriving at this shape.

This is an assembly-type coffee dripper taught directly by coffee professionals. It is easy to assemble without any tools, and anyone can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee.
This stainless steel coffee dripper consists of three side parts and one bottom support ring and can be assembled without any tools, making it ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking and camping, as well as indoor use, allowing you to easily enjoy authentic coffee flavors.

Product Introduction The new coffee dripper is designed to be compact, so it can be disassembled and reassembled for easy carrying not only for indoor use but also for outdoor activities such as camping and mountain climbing. (Please check the video below for how to assemble and disassemble it.)
In addition, the bottom support ring is decorated with a design pattern based on the local Kumamoto prefecture flower, the gentian, making this a product packed with Maruyama Stainless Steel Industry's metal processing technology.
Development highlights: - Easy assembly without the need for tools. - Supervised by a specialty coffee shop, the opening of the rib at the bottom and the side of the main body, which affect how well the hot water flows out, have been thoroughly adjusted.
- The nearly circular hexagonal shape makes it easy to add hot water, and the form is designed to fit the paper filter perfectly.
